Urban Outdoorsy is a personal travel blog operated by Computerist Solutions Inc. This page explains what information the site does and doesn’t collect.

The short version

Urban Outdoorsy is a static website. It doesn’t use cookies, advertising, or analytics, and it doesn’t ask you for any personal information. There are no accounts, comment forms, or newsletter sign-ups.

What the site collects

Nothing directly. We don’t run analytics or set cookies, and there are no forms on the site.

Server logs. Like most websites, the server that hosts Urban Outdoorsy may automatically record standard technical information with each request — such as your IP address, browser type, and the page you requested. This is used only to operate and secure the site. It isn’t used to identify you or build a profile.

Third-party services

Google Fonts. Pages load a typeface (Source Serif 4) from Google’s font servers. When your browser fetches it, Google may receive your IP address and request details, subject to Google’s privacy policy. No other third-party scripts, trackers, or embeds are used.

Links to other sites

Posts and pages sometimes link to other websites (for example, computerist.co). Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we don’t control.

Changes

If this policy changes, the “last updated” date above will change with it.
